Psychiatry

In our Department of Psychiatry, psychiatric treatments are applied to patients in the adult age group while studies are carried out on the causes and solutions of these problems for those with mental problems.

Mental disorders are identified through face-to-face interviews and necessary tests. The necessary treatment program is determined by evaluating the data obtained.

Within the framework of this program, interview sessions and therapy are organized by providing medication support. In the treatment of psychiatric diseases, different methods are applied according to the characteristics of the diseases. As well as those applied directly to the body (medications, etc.), methods targeting the emotional, intellectual characteristics of people or the variables in their relationships are also in the field of profession.
